The Sales & Operations Coordinator is a critical capacity building role as our Production & Content line of business continues to grow year over year. The role will support across our teams with creative, organizational, and administrative responsibilities to help keep our foundation strong. As a Sales & Operations Coordinator, you will ensure our team's data integrity, assist with the development and monitoring of Monday.com (project management system), aid in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures, and assist with project staffing. You will also be involved in new business proposal ideation and development, as well as new client research and outreach. This position is hybrid, requiring 1-2 days per week in our Chicago office to start and occasional travel. The role is designed to support the New Business team with proposal development and overall project management, including tasks such as budget requests, creative brainstorming, and deck development. You will work in partnership with the New Business team and leadership to present and pitch proposals to external client stakeholders, ensuring relevant sales data is accurately tracked in Monday.com and Salesforce. Additionally, you will assist in launching new offerings by helping with prospect and open RFP research, marketing collateral development, and proposal creation.
