About the position

As a Sales Operations - Corporate Trainer at Russell Cellular, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding and continuous development of our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate all new hire and promotional training, ensuring that all training materials are effectively housed within our virtual platform. You will be tasked with assigning daily tasks to team members and following up to ensure completion and understanding. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with learning and training teams, as well as subject matter experts, to develop comprehensive learning solutions that meet the needs of our diverse workforce. In addition to training facilitation, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a deep knowledge of Russell Cellular and Verizon products and services. This knowledge will enable you to host and facilitate engaging training sessions and webinars. You will assist in the development and implementation of training paths within our Learning Management System (LMS) and will collaborate with various teams to create new training initiatives. Your ability to work with multiple personalities and encourage engagement will be essential in fostering a collaborative learning environment. You will also maintain a dashboard to track project statuses, completion goals, and backlog items, ensuring that all training initiatives are on track. Providing feedback on training programs and assisting with the ongoing refresh of the training curriculum will be part of your monthly responsibilities, along with scheduling and participating in store visits to evaluate training modules and checklists. Your role will require a flexible, adaptive, and responsive approach to meet the needs of learners, and you will engage in continual learning to enhance your own knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all new hire and promotional training housed within the virtual platform.
  • Assign tasks and follow up daily with team members.
  • Collaborate with learning/training teams and subject matter experts to develop learning solutions.
  • Host and facilitate all assigned trainings and webinars.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training paths in the LMS.
  • Collaborate with and assist the Sales Operations, Training, and L&D teams.
  • Assist in creating new training initiatives and support their implementation.
  • Work with multiple personalities and encourage engagement and collaboration.
  • Provide feedback on projects/training initiatives for training programs.
  • Assist with updating and refreshing the training curriculum for ongoing training.
  • Maintain a dashboard of all project statuses, completion goals, and backlog items.
  • Proof learning documents and resources, including reports.
  • Help users troubleshoot issues with the webinars platform.
  • Drive engagement in the systems and ensure measurement across the area/company.
  • Demonstrate a flexible, adaptive, and responsive approach to the needs of the learner.
  • Engage in continual learning to strengthen personal knowledge.
  • Schedule and participate in monthly store visits to evaluate modules/checklists.

  • Wireless sales experience in a retail environment.

  • Ability to design, develop, and deliver new hire training curriculum and other courses.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high-level presentation skills.
