About the position

KeHE, a natural, organic, specialty and fresh food distributor, is seeking rising seniors for its Internship Program. This program is designed for students who have demonstrated high performance and leadership in academics, work, and volunteer settings. Interns will have the opportunity to own and drive impactful projects over the course of 10-12 weeks, with a focus on cultural fit with KeHE's core values and aspirations for leadership roles. The internship may lead to full-time roles upon graduation, including entry into the Rotational Leadership Program (LPA).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales team on management processes, sales initiatives, and pilots
• Engage with Operations on KPD initiatives and tracking
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Systems and Analytics Teams, Warehouse Operations, and other teams to ensure understanding of processes
• Conduct sales forecasting for new item distributions and monthly promotional lift
• Analyze customer specific credit data to identify underperforming items
• Analyze syndicated data to identify best on-trend items for new distribution
• Assist with projects by partnering with various teams to ensure understanding of processes

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Food Marketing or related field
• Advanced skillset in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of Power BI reporting platforms preferred
• Creativity and passion for working with technology to solve business problems
• Client-focused, results-driven mindset
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience in college activities or internships
