About the position

The position is focused on partnering with the Go-To-Market (GTM) management team to enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth within Altus Group. The role involves strategic planning, performance management, and operational execution to support GTM leaders in maximizing productivity and coverage. It is a key role within the Global Operations Team, directly collaborating with the American GTM Leadership team to ensure effective communication and execution of GTM strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the GTM leadership to develop strategy and improve coverage.
  • Leverage GTM Operations to provide transparency on performance metrics.
  • Support GTM managers in quarterly business and performance reviews.
  • Drive an efficient forecasting and quarter-end close process.
  • Utilize systems and tools for performance management throughout the GTM hierarchy.
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning activities for GTM management.
  • Analyze GTM coverage model opportunities and support change management.
  • Track progress on top deals and provide transparency on key issues.
  • Coordinate with offer and marketing teams on new product releases.
  • Drive efficiency through hands-on field GTM support and training.
  • Create a pipeline cadence to ensure proper order and coverage measurements.
  • Engage GTM teams to identify barriers to productivity.
  • Manage business analytics to support executive analytics requirements.
  • Define key performance metrics and targets using BI dashboard reporting.
  • Create executive-level presentations for leadership reviews.
  • Assist in the communication and understanding of the GTM Incentive Plan.
  • Support GTM leadership in quota assignment and issue resolution.
  • Optimize GTM team productivity through onboarding and enablement programs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for GTM process improvement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in GTM Operations with a focus on GTM tools and analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or IT.
  • Strong background in sales operations with general forecasting and analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of compensation design, forecasting methodologies, and pipeline management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, including building reports and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Excel with advanced spreadsheet management skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and expertise in GTM operations at a geographic or global level.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Power BI reporting and optimization of GTM tech stack.
  • Familiarity with GTM enablement skills to create meaningful insights and metrics.
