About the position

The Sales Operations Manager for the Americas at Treasure Data plays a crucial role in supporting the sales teams by driving consistent and predictable bookings and growth. This strategic position focuses on enhancing pipeline generation, progression, and timely deal closures, while ensuring the sales teams utilize tools and processes effectively. The role is integral to the success of the sales team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Americas GM and sales leaders in driving daily, weekly, and quarterly cadence for forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Enable the Americas GTM teams on best practices and process know-how for optimal tool usage, including SFDC.
  • Define relevant metrics and KPIs, create dashboards, and ensure GTM teams leverage data for productivity improvements.
  • Drive regular cadence of forecast reviews, pipeline reviews, business reviews, and resource planning.
  • Provide data-driven insights on potential risks, opportunities, and optimizations.
  • Coordinate with the Rev Ops team to ensure consistent policies and procedures are implemented.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of revenue operations experience, with at least 2 years at a Manager level.
  • More than 3 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales.
