About the position

The Sales Operations Manager for Zoom's Global CX sales organizations is responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of the sales team through data analysis and strategic recommendations. This role combines organizational skills, business acumen, and technical proficiency to manage sales processes and tools, ultimately aligning sales strategies with business objectives and improving overall sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze key metrics to improve the effectiveness of the CX sales team.
  • Manage sales processes and technology tools to support sales goals.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and forecast sales.
  • Implement strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Develop presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Excellent experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, or data management.
  • Significant management experience.
  • Proficiency in tools like Tableau CRM, Tableau, Alteryx, and Snowflake.
  • Solid business acumen.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and achieving goals in a complex environment.
  • Understanding of sales strategies.
  • Strong reporting, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills.
