About the position

The Sales Operations Manager for the Contact Center Digital Customer Experience at Zoom is responsible for supporting the Global CX sales organizations by analyzing key metrics and recommending actions to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team. Requirements

  • Excellent experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, or data management.
  • Significant management experience.
  • Proficiency in tools like Tableau CRM, Tableau, Alteryx, and Snowflake.
  • Solid business acumen and understanding of sales strategies.
  • Strong reporting, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills.
