About the position

The Sales Operations Manager for the Contact Center Digital Customer Experience at Zoom is responsible for supporting the Global CX sales organizations by analyzing key metrics and recommending actions to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team. This role combines organizational skills, data analysis, problem-solving abilities, and business acumen to align sales strategies with business objectives. The manager will oversee sales processes, data analysis, and technology tools to support sales goals, while also identifying trends and implementing strategies to improve sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze key metrics to improve the effectiveness of the CX sales team.
  • Manage sales processes and technology tools to support sales goals.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and forecast sales.
  • Implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
  • Develop presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Excellent experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, or data management.
  • Significant management experience.
  • Proficiency in tools like Tableau CRM, Tableau, Alteryx, and Snowflake.
  • Solid business acumen.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and achieving goals in a complex environment.
  • Understanding of sales strategies.
  • Strong reporting, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills.
