About the position

The Sales Operations Manager for Zoom's Global CX sales organizations is responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of the customer experience sales team through data analysis and strategic recommendations. The position plays a crucial role in identifying trends, forecasting sales, and implementing strategies to improve overall sales performance.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Excellent experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, or data management.
  • Significant management experience.
  • Proficiency in tools like Tableau CRM, Tableau, Alteryx, and Snowflake.
  • Solid business acumen and understanding of sales strategies.
  • Strong reporting, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills.
