About the position

The Sales Operations Manager at Aldecor Custom Framing & Gallery is responsible for overseeing the sales and operations departments, driving growth in both the framing and art business. This role requires exceptional client service, strong communication skills, and a passion for art and design. The manager will lead the sales team, curate the art gallery, and implement strategies to enhance business performance while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead client sales and guide the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain the reputation for excellence in design and craftsmanship.
• Oversee the sales process from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage ongoing client projects and delegate tasks effectively to the sales team.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure quality craftsmanship and client expectations are met.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including Interior Designers and Art Collectors.
• Oversee material ordering, inventory management, and studio space maintenance.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience and develop networking strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in premium client service, preferably in the art or custom framing industry.
• Deep passion for and extensive knowledge of art and design.
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect with clients.
• Highly organized with an aptitude for technology and proficiency in Google Docs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage both high-level projects and day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Experience with framing POS software is a major bonus.
