About the position

The Sales & Operations Manager at ReadySpaces is responsible for overseeing a single location that combines warehouse and office space, focusing on member relations, sales, and operational management. This role involves engaging with members, managing licenses, and ensuring the facility meets the needs of businesses while promoting a collaborative and flexible work environment. The position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with entrepreneurs and contribute to the growth of the company in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Talk to members and prospective members, pitching the benefits of the facility.
• Oversee a single ReadySpaces location, managing both warehouse and office space.
• License space to new members and manage existing member communications, including collections.
• Field member calls and respond to emails regarding the business and location.
• Conduct tours for potential members and follow up on leads, preparing necessary paperwork.
• Check in with contractors and service providers to ensure work is done to specification.
• Encourage good behavior among members and enforce company policies.
• Collaborate with the corporate team to monitor and adjust marketing efforts.
• Network with local small businesses and real estate agents to attract customers.
• Complete reports and records in a timely manner and perform other duties as directed by executives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales role is required.
• Previous experience in operations roles is required.
• Strong computer skills, including effective online research capabilities.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, particularly in rent collection and record maintenance.
• Initiative and confidence to make independent decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military service.

Nice-to-haves

• Minimal travel is required, and a passport is necessary.
• Experience in a similar managerial role is preferred.
