About the position

The Sales Operations Manager II - Apple at DISH will play a crucial role in providing operational and analytical support to enhance Boost Mobile's collaboration with Apple, a key e-commerce and retail partner. This position focuses on optimizing sales processes, ensuring data integration, and executing channel-specific strategies to drive sales success in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Strategic Account Manager for key e-commerce and retail partners, aligning with Boost Mobile's objectives.
  • Execute sales strategies within the channel, adapting to market trends and ensuring business alignment.
  • Streamline sales operations systems (e.g., order management, inventory tracking) for efficiency.
  • Manage data integration and product listings via sales platforms (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central) for accurate partner exchange.
  • Analyze sales data with Sales Analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop sales tools, provide training, and support forecasting to align inventory and targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in sales operations, with a focus on supporting large accounts or a specific sales channel
  • Preferred experience managing teams to drive operational success and align with business goals
  • Experience with major sales platforms, such as Amazon Vendor Central, is highly beneficial
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and CRM systems
  • Advanced skills in Excel and other data management tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Familiarity with sales management software such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
