About the position

The TRP Sales Operations Manager - North America is responsible for enhancing the operational effectiveness of TRP stores and services across North America. This role involves supporting the dealer network in achieving store goals, improving performance, and strategizing on parts portfolio and service opportunities to drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the TRP brand to grow TRP sales, profit, and retail store financial performance.
• Manage the TRP store and service network expansion program.
• Oversee the TRP support team to facilitate store onboarding, training, sales blitzes, and other activities to build brand and product awareness.
• Partner with Store Managers and store teams to increase market share and positioning for TRP branded products.
• Support and participate in TRP related dealer & industry trade shows, open houses, customer appreciation, and special events.
• Serve as a TRP ambassador and assist global business partners to expand worldwide TRP locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, dealer development, or a related field required; Master's Degree is a plus.
• 7 or more years of experience in commercial aftermarket sales, marketing, product management, or operations role required.
• 2 or more years of experience leading people desired.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and time-sensitive business environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications required; Tableau proficiency is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Product knowledge and experience in aftermarket sales, marketing, or distribution strongly preferred.
