About the position

The Sales Operations Manager will play a crucial role in managing data and processes for the customer-facing quote-to-order lifecycle. This position involves working closely with sales and management teams to implement best practices in data management and operational processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the hands-on configuration of the internal salesforce.com system from quote-to-cash, including setting up quoting templates and approval workflows.
  • Manage data quality across systems like salesforce.com and Pardot, focusing on de-duplication and data enrichment programs.
  • Work on processes related to case management, customer portals, partner portals, and customer project management.
  • Build reports and dashboards to provide business insights for the team.
  • Act as an operational consultant to ensure orders are booked and provisioned correctly, advising on process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on salesforce.com experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in sales operations or a similar role.
