About the position

The Sales Operations Manager at Immaculate Flight is responsible for leading sales activities and driving growth in the private aviation industry. This role involves managing client relationships, executing strategic plans, and ensuring operational oversight to meet sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all sales activities within the assigned region.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies and set targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients across all categories.
  • Handle operational and logistical tasks to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee and manage the profit and loss for the assigned region.
  • Schedule and coordinate detailing services, managing logistics to meet client demands.
  • Address client inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and strategies.
  • Drive client development, retention, and overall satisfaction.
  • Develop a comprehensive plan to secure new business opportunities within the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, operations, aviation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or operations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on employee development and retention.
  • High level of financial acumen and business acumen.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
