Grace is seeking a Sales Operations Manager - Systems & CRM Specialist to join the Refining Technologies Sales Enablement team. This role will support the ART (Advanced Refining Technologies) business and report to the RT Sales Enablement Director located in Houston, TX. This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Columbia, MD or our Houston, TX downtown office. This high impact role works in close collaboration across multiple functions, including Sales, Marketing, Integrated Supply Chain, IT, and General Management to drive commercial excellence and lead improvement projects geared to deliver more efficient sales processes and robust analytics. The Sales Operations Manager - Systems & CRM Specialist will have hands-on ownership of the ART Business Salesforce CRM system including day-to-day user adoption and training, system maintenance, testing, security, and implementation of changes. You will require pro-active leadership to manage improvement projects that drive digital commercial excellence supporting the sales team, including sales analytics, pipeline management, sales process optimization, KPI development, analytics, and monitoring. You can identify recurring process pain points as well as have a drive to solve problems and turn data into actionable insights. You take pride in your own work but are comfortable collaborating with a team of highly motivated individuals.
