About the position

The Sales Operations Manager at Boston Scientific will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and management of sales systems, including mobile applications and various software tools. This position is responsible for assessing the long-term technical needs of the Sales Departments and providing strategic guidance to enhance operational efficiency. The role requires collaboration with multiple departments to ensure that sales processes are effective and aligned with the company's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with Salesforce, Sales Operations, Field Support, Capital Service, Capital Strategy, Pricing & Contracts, and other departments to determine system and technical needs.
  • Evaluate longer-term system needs for Sales departments and work toward integrating systems into more user-friendly applications.
  • Work with department heads in Sales to determine and implement metrics to measure and monitor process performance and effectiveness.
  • Integrate new products and services into existing or new systems.
  • Identify new technologies and future trends to guide business and meet longer-term strategic imperatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience required.
  • 5 - 7 years of Sales Operations or Contract Administration experience.
  • Strong technical, analytical, contract administration, and leadership competencies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in leveraging IT solutions and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with contract management systems is helpful.
