The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with all levels of leadership to implement best practices and key objectives, as well as strong analytical skills to create KPIs and reports that ensure our objectives are met across the organization. In this position, you will be responsible for the implementation of corporate projects that impact our business units, ensuring that business requirements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and business readiness are completed effectively. You will oversee the rollout of new system functionalities based on vendor changes and manage process improvements and sales initiatives in collaboration with business partners. Gathering feedback from advisors and customers on Voya's business practices will be crucial, as you will implement necessary changes with our operations teams. Additionally, you will manage lead generation and reporting insights for the division, oversee the production of KPIs, and ensure that reports are delivered to leadership, managers, and employees to track progress towards these KPIs. Your role will also involve managing vendor relationships within Voya's Wealth Management division, which includes creating and extending partnerships, reviewing contracts, and ensuring that vendors meet our expectations. You will be responsible for addressing production support issues and implementing enhancements while ensuring compliance with IT security protocols. A key aspect of this role is to foster a culture of proactive communication, relationship building, and urgency to enhance the client experience. You will also lead a team of professionals and handle other duties as assigned, making this a dynamic and impactful position within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of corporate projects impacting business units, ensuring business requirements, UAT, and business readiness are completed.
  • Rollout of new system functionality based on vendor changes.
  • Oversee execution of process improvement and sales initiatives with business partners.
  • Source feedback from advisors and customers on Voya business practices and implement changes with operations partners.
  • Manage lead generation and reporting insights for the division.
  • Oversee production of KPIs and delivery of reports for leadership, managers, and employees.
  • Manage vendor relationships for Voya's Wealth Management division, including reviewing contracts and KPIs.
  • React to production support issues and implement enhancements.
  • Ensure IT Security protocols are followed according to Voya's procedures.
  • Drive a culture of proactive communication and relationship building to support client experience.
  • Resolve escalated production/technology issues for advisors.
  • Lead a team of professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 24 preferred, required within 12 months.
  • 1-3 years of broker dealer vendor management experience.
  • 3-5 years of management experience.
