The role requires managing a diverse team that handles various functions including order processing, inventory management, sales representative systems, tradeshow operations, sample management, account analysis, customer service, and administrative tasks. The Sales Operations Manager must be adept at juggling multiple projects simultaneously while identifying synergies across brands to enhance efficiency. This position demands a self-starter who is a proactive problem-solver, dedicated to fostering an environment where the Sales Team can excel and concentrate on increasing sales. The manager will provide leadership and direction to their teams, define processes for operational efficiency, and implement strategic plans in alignment with the organization's vision. In addition to overseeing sales operations, the manager will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing sales automation tools, managing CRM data, and ensuring that all sales processes are documented and streamlined. They will also establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales trends and coordinate major sales initiatives, including training programs and sales meetings.
