The Sales Operations Manager at Opiniion Inc. plays a crucial role in optimizing customer experience (CX) processes and supporting the customer success team. This position focuses on enhancing efficiency, driving sales analytics, and ensuring effective collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, particularly within the tech sector, and will be responsible for managing the CRM system and developing sales enablement resources.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into onboarding and CX performance.
  • Utilize data-driven analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with CX leadership to create accurate forecasts and plans.
  • Provide insights into potential revenue opportunities and challenges.
  • Oversee the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Ensure data accuracy, implement system enhancements, and provide training to the team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop sales collateral, tools, and training materials.
  • Document CX processes and procedures to facilitate training and onboarding.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate the sales team on new processes and tools.
  • Work closely with finance, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Act as a liaison between CX and other departments to address operational issues.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and tools and evaluate new technologies to enhance CX productivity.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with property management software or related technologies is advantageous.
