We are seeking an analytical, sales and customer-focused individual with outstanding collaboration, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of sales processes to serve as Sales Operations Manager for one of our Customer Units (CU). In this role, you will accelerate sales, efficiency and performance through the use of sales tools, processes, ways of working, measurements & important metrics, business intelligence, commercial insights and common structures. You will build and maintain relationships within the CU sales community and across Ericsson, securing close partnerships in order to identify and execute improvements within the sales structure framework.
