About the position

As a Sales Operations Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the overall direction, guidance, and safety of our warehouse facility in Fresno, CA. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the health and safety of our team members while driving productivity and efficiency goals for the organization. You will be responsible for executing continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams and projects, reporting on progress, making recommendations, and supporting implementation efforts. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture that aligns with KDP's values, emphasizing collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity. In this role, you will coach and mentor leaders, creating and executing ambitious business and people strategies that align with KDP's objectives. You will engage with internal partners to meet customer demands and provide high-quality customer service. Your responsibilities will also include talent selection, leadership development, and career coaching for your team members. You will be expected to develop your team to effectively solve day-to-day operational issues while fostering an environment of urgency, integrity, and trust. You will administer company policies and practices, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, including safety, food safety, and environmental policies. Utilizing data effectively to manage various situations will be essential, as will displaying high emotional maturity when analyzing impacts on people and operations. You will need to flex between hands-on tactical work and strategic planning as necessary, effectively managing difficult situations and assessing the best solutions for people, customers, and costs. Your experience in change management will be vital as you explain changes effectively to frontline associates, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding across the team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage diverse working teams including talent selection, leadership development, career coaching, and supervision of warehouse facility.
  • Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues to reach short- and long-term performance goals while fostering a working environment of urgency, integrity and trust.
  • Administer company policies, practices, and adherence to standard operating procedures, which includes enforcing and maintaining safety, food safety and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Effectively utilize data to manage through various situations and display high emotional maturity when analyzing people impacts.
  • Engage and collaborate with internal partners and functions to meet customer demands and provide high quality customer service.
  • Regularly flex between hands on tactical and strategic work as necessary.
  • Effectively manage difficult situations and assess the best solutions when impacting people, customers, and cost.
  • Implement change management strategies while effectively communicating changes to frontline associates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) with 5 years' experience in a distribution center / DSD Warehouse environment OR a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field with 3 years' experience in a distribution center / DSD Warehouse environment.
  • Prior people leadership experience in a distribution center or operations environment.
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
