About the position

The Sales Operations Manager at PSSI is responsible for optimizing sales processes, enhancing team performance, and driving growth within the organization. This role involves overseeing sales analytics, managing CRM systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational success and alignment with sales goals. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining workflows and providing strategic insights to elevate sales success.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize sales processes and workflows to improve sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor team effectiveness.
  • Oversee the administration and optimization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Manage the proposal and contract flow for new business, renewals, and changes in scope or price.
  • Own the sales forecasting process, collaborating with sales leadership to create accurate sales projections.
  • In collaboration with HR, design, implement, and manage sales compensation and incentive plans.
  • Work closely with finance, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales processes with broader company goals.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs and materials to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Assist in setting sales quotas and territory assignments based on market potential and sales team capacity.
  • Drive adoption of new sales strategies, tools, and processes within the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3 or more years of experience in sales operations or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
  • Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement change.
