About the position

The Sales Operations Manager will play a crucial role in a high-growth company by ensuring effective collaboration between finance, marketing, and sales teams. This position focuses on optimizing sales processes, enhancing team performance, and driving customer success through data analysis and strategic support.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and track efficient sales processes to drive team performance and meet organizational goals.
  • Work closely with finance, marketing, and operations teams to align objectives, execute strategies, and drive results.
  • Act as the point of contact to address questions from cross-functional teams and the executive leadership team (ELT).
  • Conduct research and analyze data to produce accurate sales forecasts and identify key sales opportunities and customer trends.
  • Design and manage tools to increase efficiency, focusing on rebates, co-op agreements, and R&R performance.
  • Implement and optimize CRM tools (HubSpot) to drive customer relationships and maximize opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in corporate finance, sales operations, or a related analytical role, ideally in a CPG or finished-goods manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with finance and sales operations, with a preference for candidates who have supported B2B sales.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (such as HubSpot), as well as data analysis and forecasting.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
