About the position

Wiss is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support the sales team and engage with prospects. This role is crucial for connecting services, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives to drive pipeline growth and enhance sales efficiency. The manager will oversee the leads pipeline process, ensure collaboration between teams, develop proposals, and provide insights into pricing and market trends, while managing CRM and delivering performance updates to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data within the CRM system (HubSpot) and eliminate redundant data repositories.
  • Serve as a point of contact for prospects, providing information on services and identifying opportunities.
  • Oversee and manage the lead pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate entry into the system.
  • Lead the development and execution of proposals tailored to client needs and new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate between internal teams (tax, advisory, assurance, wealth management) and manage client tracking spreadsheets.
  • Identify areas for client education and marketing campaigns and share insights with the marketing director.
  • Gather and analyze market data to identify competitive pricing trends and client needs.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on lead and pipeline data, including performance metrics and market insights.
  • Support the implementation of HubSpot Sales CRM and manage its usage for lead management and client engagement.
  • Continuously review and improve sales processes and workflow efficiencies across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Management, Business Development, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in proposal development and execution, lead management, and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret market data.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to connect sales, marketing, and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the accounting or financial services industry is a plus.
