About the position

Entrata Software is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to optimize sales processes, drive efficiency, and maximize revenue through data analysis, system management, and strategic planning. This role involves collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance teams to streamline operations and support sales targets, making it essential for the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales productivity.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Manage and optimize sales systems, including CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and finance initiatives.
  • Create, support, and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on sales processes and systems.
  • Develop training material and train sales teams on best practices, processes, and tools to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and increase scalability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of success and improvement.
  • Assist in the development of sales compensation plans and incentive programs.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management regarding sales performance and trends.
  • Develop and support day-to-day sales operations for CRM system integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Self-starter, sound decision-making skills, and a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce and CPQ or other CRM systems and quoting tools.
  • Experience with Groove or other Sales Engagement platforms.
  • Experience with onboarding and training.
  • Experience with process or project management.
  • Knowledge of property management or real estate industry.
  • Advanced degree in business, analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.
