About the position

The Sales Operations Manager at YogaSix is a pivotal role responsible for the financial and operational success of the studio. This position oversees all studio functionalities, including sales and operations, while directly supervising the Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Associates, and Teachers. The role emphasizes a strong commitment to customer service, sales growth, and maintaining high standards of studio operations, making it essential for the overall success of the studio.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow all revenue streams including memberships, class packages, retail, workshops, privates, and teacher trainings.
• Generate consistent lead flow through grassroots marketing, social media, and referrals.
• Book appointments and establish relationships with leads to encourage class attendance.
• Present membership options to new students based on their goals and overcome objections as necessary.
• Ensure proper onboarding of new members and maintain their engagement with the studio's offerings.
• Create and execute ongoing marketing plans focused on client acquisition, activation, retention, and loyalty.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, coach, and mentor wellness advisors and teachers.
• Manage studio budget, spending, and reporting, ensuring financial health of the studio.
• Participate in studio, regional, and company-wide meetings and trainings as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Experience in generating personal sales and training wellness advisors in sales.
• Proven experience in supervising and training staff successfully.
• Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams: memberships, retail, and teacher training.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a yoga or fitness studio environment.
• Familiarity with studio management software.
