As a Sales Operations Manager with the Renata Brand of the Swatch Group US, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business's operational functions. This office-based position in Miami, Florida, involves managing various aspects of sales planning, pricing, reporting, order maintenance, shipping and receiving, point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and overseeing operating budgets, invoicing, and expenses. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all operational processes are efficient and aligned with the company's goals. In this role, you will manage all operational projects and update existing systems to meet the business's needs. You will oversee the Customer Service Team, ensuring they provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order fulfillment, product pricing, inventory availability, and general inquiries. Additionally, you will support new account openings and closures, enter purchase orders and shipment notes, and maintain shipment logs. Training team members on processes and procedures will also be a key responsibility. You will be responsible for planning and organizing brand trade shows and exhibitions, managing the marketing budget alongside Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), and compiling sales forecasts. Tracking future deliveries against current sales orders to determine projected sales volume will be essential, as will completing weekly sales forecasts and supporting pricing for new products based on the current price structure and gross margin requirements. You will produce new price lists for line books and catalogs, implement price changes, and communicate these changes to various departments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you run, analyze, and distribute monthly sales reports, including split channel reports, account trends, and monthly flashes. You will provide RSMs with weekly sales versus budgets and follow up on the compilation of sales forecasts. Additionally, you will review and communicate backorders to headquarters weekly, double-check orders for shipment, and work closely with finance, logistics, and distribution departments to ensure timely completion and invoicing of orders. Other duties assigned by management will also be part of your responsibilities.
