At NICE, we are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our Business Operations and Strategy team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the productivity of our sales force and driving revenue growth for the company. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing data analytics to assess our current sales practices and performance, with a strong emphasis on identifying, developing, and executing operational improvements that yield tangible results. In this position, you will develop and provide operational and strategic reports and analyses that empower Sales leaders to achieve their business objectives effectively. You will manage data integrity and ensure seamless data integration and collaboration across various cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, Finance, and HR. Your role will involve applying quantitative analysis and data visualization techniques to narrate the story behind the numbers, thereby facilitating informed decision-making. As the operational link for ongoing pipeline and booking management, forecasting, and performance management, you will initiate and lead process automation and optimization projects. This includes identifying opportunities for improvement and coordinating efforts between IT and Operations to design and implement effective solutions. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining operational measurements and metrics to pinpoint sales performance issues and frame corrective action plans. Your ability to support ongoing alignment and troubleshoot data flows and operational challenges will be crucial, as will your excellent communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.
