About the position

At NICE, we are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our Business Operations and Strategy team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the productivity of our sales force and driving revenue growth for the company. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing data analytics to assess our current sales practices and performance, with a strong emphasis on identifying, developing, and executing operational improvements that yield tangible results. In this position, you will develop and provide operational and strategic reports and analyses that empower Sales leaders to achieve their business objectives effectively. You will manage data integrity and ensure seamless data integration and collaboration across various cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, Finance, and HR. Your role will involve applying quantitative analysis and data visualization techniques to narrate the story behind the numbers, thereby facilitating informed decision-making. As the operational link for ongoing pipeline and booking management, forecasting, and performance management, you will initiate and lead process automation and optimization projects. This includes identifying opportunities for improvement and coordinating efforts between IT and Operations to design and implement effective solutions. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining operational measurements and metrics to pinpoint sales performance issues and frame corrective action plans. Your ability to support ongoing alignment and troubleshoot data flows and operational challenges will be crucial, as will your excellent communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and provide operational and strategic reports and analyses to enable Sales leaders to execute business objectives successfully.
  • Manage data integrity and ensure data integration and collaboration between cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Finance, HR).
  • Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Serve as the operational link cross-functionally for ongoing operations of pipeline & booking management, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Initiate and lead process automation and optimization projects, from identifying opportunities to synchronizing IT and Operations efforts in designing and implementing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain operational measurements and metrics to identify sales performance issues and provide the frame for developing corrective action plans.
  • Support ongoing alignment and troubleshooting of data flows and operational issues while demonstrating excellent communication skills and being a problem solver.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a similar degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or other relevant experience.
  • Disciplined - able to prioritize and work with rigor to high standards, able to follow processes and produce quality deliverables.
  • Self-driven work style, managing multiple activities with urgency and a high degree of accountability with little oversight.
  • Proactive, initiative, and continually excited to bring new ideas.
  • Attention to detail with an eye for operational excellence and exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in collaborating with business leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a variety of business partners, motivating and influencing decision-makers.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, PowerBI and Salesforce.
