We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to plan, analyze, document, and deploy changes within our sales process and technology integrations. As a key member of the Sales Operations team, you’ll be at the heart of driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and delivering actionable documentation and training on tools and technology to propel our sales organization forward. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director, Sales Operations and play a key part in shaping the sales technology roadmap. You’ll provide tactical insights to enhance sales processes, document current workflows, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and elevate the overall sales rep experience. Your work will directly contribute to streamlining operations and driving performance across the sales team. In line with Hootsuite's distributed workforce strategy, our flexible work arrangement allows for remote work or a hybrid model. This role is open to applicants located in the United States of America in states where we comply with our legal hiring entities.
