As the Sales Operations Manager, you will lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives. You will review sales reports, understand findings, and present/discuss results with the firm's Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Conducting weekly performance meetings with sales team members will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will also recognize, create, and implement process improvements within the sales organization to optimize employee workflows. Assessing individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggesting corrective actions as needed, will be essential to ensure the team's success. Additionally, you will assist in creating and maintaining sales standard operating procedures, interview new sales team members, and coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members to help them reach their sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
  • Review sales reports, understand findings and present/discuss results with the firm's CMO
  • Conduct weekly performance meetings with Sales team members

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience managing a sales team
  • Able to work in a fast-paced metrics driven environment
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Proven experience as a Sales or Operations Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
