As a Sales Operations Manager, you will manage the sales operations team, oversee the internship program for sales, and develop the trade show strategy. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales processes, analyzing sales data, and ensuring that CRM systems are effectively utilized. You will coordinate with other departments to support the overall sales strategy aimed at driving business growth. Acting as an ambassador for the business, you will promote the FST brand both over the phone and in person. You will be responsible for managing a team that makes outbound calls daily, using provided data, and working closely with the sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors. Your responsibilities will also include owning trade shows, attending if necessary, and conducting face-to-face sales meetings to help generate new business. Additionally, you will engage inbound leads, qualify them for sales, and achieve agreed-upon personal and departmental targets. Your team will utilize company databases to gain potential leads, proactively identify opportunities for new business, and maintain high customer and prospect satisfaction. Building strong relationships with colleagues and customers while ensuring service is prompt, polite, and professional will be key aspects of your role. You will also be held accountable for complying with all defined business processes and utilizing all technology platforms as defined by FST.
