Amplify is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our team. As a critical member of our organization, you will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to streamline the management of our client engagement funnel and drive revenue growth on our wealth tech platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our sales operations are efficient and effective, contributing directly to the overall success of our wealth management services. In this position, you will be responsible for tracking leads, lead flow through the funnel, contract, pricing, and asset realization processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. You will analyze and provide insights on marketing activities to identify areas of success and opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you will develop and maintain key metrics and reports for monitoring firm growth, including Assets Under Administration (AUA), Assets Under Management (AUM), number of clients, advisors, households, trades, etc. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure alignment and consistency in sales and marketing efforts. You will provide regular updates and insights to the Chief Growth Officer to support strategic decision-making and drive revenue growth initiatives.
