About the position

The Sales Operations Manager at Cooper Machinery Services is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the sales process, focusing on pipeline management, CRM optimization, and business review processes. This role is essential for improving the efficiency of the sales team, ensuring accurate forecasting, and utilizing data analytics to drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sales data integrity within CRM systems and other sales-related platforms.
• Oversee the entire quote-to-cash process, ensuring smooth hand-offs between departments and a streamlined sales cycle.
• Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of sales operations.
• Partner with Pricing, Finance, and Sales teams to improve sales forecasting and pipeline management.
• Manage the sales tech stack, including CRM and automation tools, ensuring effective support for the sales process.
• Develop and manage regular sales reports and dashboards to monitor team performance and identify trends.
• Support the onboarding and continuous training of sales team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a B2B industrial setting.
• Ability to lead and manage pipeline forecasting and sales operations.
• Experience in utilizing advanced analytics for sales forecasting and decision-making.
• Expertise in SAP & CRM systems, ensuring ease of use for the sales team.
• Proven experience in managing the full quote-to-cash process.
