About the position

The Sales Operations Manager at GreenKiss Staffing Solutions is responsible for overseeing a team and driving business development efforts in the staffing industry. This role involves developing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring the successful implementation of processes across affiliated branches. The position requires a strong focus on sales strategy, client engagement, and team management, making it a critical role in the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new client relationships through networking, sales, and marketing calls both via phone and in person.
  • Procure new temporary/contract and direct hire requirements on a regular basis.
  • Meet and/or exceed branch forecast; ensure branches in applicable territory are also meeting/exceeding forecast goals.
  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities and initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
  • Exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
  • Mentor the GK staff when a need presents itself regarding anything sales-process related.
  • Assist with company-wide sales and recruiting projects per the direction of Regional Management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of successful sales experience in the staffing industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of successful sales management experience.
  • Proven history of success in sales; strong prospecting and business development skills.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills; must have the ability to prioritize work assignments.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license; must have a reliable means of transportation to attend meetings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; must be able to independently implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills; must present yourself in a polished, professional and pleasant demeanor.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using Avionte is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in every step of the sales cycle: Prospect-Contact-Negotiation-Close-Follow up.
