About the position

As the Sales Operations Manager at 041 Agency, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by managing and optimizing our sales operations. This position involves ensuring the smooth operation of our CRM system, Bonzo, and maintaining compliance in our sales processes. You will be responsible for lead distribution and providing sales enablement, requiring a comprehensive understanding of CRM software and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the CRM system, Bonzo, ensuring all team members have appropriate access levels and user permissions.
• Oversee the distribution of leads from various funnels, ensuring an efficient and organized process.
• Monitor lead availability and coordinate the procurement of new leads as necessary.
• Provide sales enablement by addressing and solving equipment issues that may arise.
• Ensure all sales personnel are up-to-date with necessary training to maintain compliance and optimize performance.
• Be available to enable the broader team beyond sales across a range of systems.
• Conduct periodic reviews of sales calls to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience with CRM software, such as Bonzo, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Proactive and resourceful in identifying and implementing efficiencies in sales operations.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, especially in relation to sales operations, software, and equipment issues.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining compliance and high standards in sales processes.
