About the position

The Sales Operations Manager at Immaculate Flight is responsible for leading sales activities and fostering client relationships in the private aviation industry. This role involves executing strategic plans to meet growth objectives, managing a regional team, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The manager will also oversee operational logistics, develop business strategies, and maintain customer satisfaction while embodying the company's core values of safety, teamwork, integrity, growth, and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate the company's presence in the private aviation industry.
• Drive sales activities and foster client relationships.
• Execute strategic plans to meet or exceed growth objectives.
• Manage supply and demand to ensure well-coordinated service delivery.
• Provide insight on sales management and budget planning.
• Responsible for recruitment, orientation, training, and retention of the regional team.
• Promote the company culture and core values among team members.
• Prepare and deliver sales forecasts and strategies.
• Develop a comprehensive plan to secure new business opportunities.
• Identify and pursue targeted clients, ensuring effective communication with senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, operations, aviation, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or operations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and revenue targets.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on employee development.
• High level of financial acumen and business acumen.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
