About the position

The Sales Operations Manager at Oved Apparel Group is responsible for driving business growth and maintaining sales and margin targets across various retail programs. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to build productive relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely delivery of products and effective management of retailer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Senior Account Executive Leader to drive total business for each program, maintaining sales & margin targets.
• Manage day-to-day support for retailer accounts and ensure timely order commits from retail partners.
• Build strong relationships and credibility with counterparts in retail.
• Prepare sales uploads, analyses, reporting, and other support tools for the Senior Account Executive.
• Collaborate with in-house teams to align assortments with sales history, market trends, and margin goals.
• Identify potential production issues or delivery delays and communicate with cross-functional partners.
• Conduct market analysis to understand competition and identify new business opportunities.
• Partner with the Import Logistics team to ensure accurate tracking of buys and units by program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of related experience in account management, sales, merchandising, or buying in wholesale manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is mandatory.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Self-starter with proactive work habits and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work productively in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Blue Cherry Infinity is a plus.
• Mass Retail Experience (Costco/Walmart) preferred.
