About the position

The Sales Operations Manager at Property Max is a pivotal role responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing CRM utilization, and ensuring effective KPI management to drive revenue growth. This position supports the sales team and phone sales operations, focusing on maximizing productivity and return on investment (ROI). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and a strategic thinker, playing a critical part in enhancing the efficiency of sales operations within a dynamic real estate firm.

Responsibilities

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and regular performance reports for sales leadership.
  • Drive accountability within the sales team through regular performance reviews and action plans.
  • Ensure effective use of the CRM (Salesforce) by the sales team, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Create and enforce best practices for CRM usage and troubleshoot CRM-related issues.
  • Evaluate and improve sales processes from lead generation to closing, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Standardize and document key workflows for the sales team.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring performance targets are met.
  • Collaborate with call center leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Work closely with the sales leadership team to translate business objectives into effective sales operations strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for sales staff and design onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or business operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce sales analytics and KPI tracking tools.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and increasing ROI through operational efficiencies.
  • Experience managing phone sales operations and/or outside sales operations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting.
  • Knowledge of sales automation tools and call center technology.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training programs for sales staff.
