About the position

AirOps provides technology to both Airports, Airlines and Border Agencies that help them manage and optimize their passenger processing and operational environment through solutions that improve Flight Operations, Airport Operations, E2E Passenger Processing, E2E Baggage Services and Border Control solutions. The main purpose of this role is to increase Sales team efficiency by centralizing Sales Admin and contract management activities in order to give support to the Sales & Account Management team AOP. Part of the contract management role is to manage the contract renewal and update process by managing the contract and customer Point sites and coordinating with legal, project controlling, account management, CSMs and the client to ensure that all agreements are up to date and compliant with Amadeus standards and meet the customer timelines. As Sales support, doing reports and good usage of tools is critical for sales activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contract renewal process and agreement updates through coordination with legal, project controlling, account management, CSMs and client.
  • Support the Account Management team with data management and integrity in SalesForce by running reports and maintaining reporting compliance.
  • Assist in tracking leads in SalesForce and ensuring compliance with lead process.
  • Document internal sales business processes and provide training on an as-needed basis.
  • Provide general support to the leaders and team in terms of general coordination, meetings and travel management.
  • Comply with sales data requests from various internal stakeholders on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

  • Must possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Paralegal studies or Systems Technology degree.
  • At least 6 years work experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in Sales Support, General administrative tasks, Legal support, Customer Service, Commercial routine.
  • Expert level in MS Office business applications.
  • Understanding of the commercial process, tools and contract environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with staff and customers.
