AirOps provides technology to both Airports, Airlines and Border Agencies that help them manage and optimize their passenger processing and operational environment through solutions that improve Flight Operations, Airport Operations, E2E Passenger Processing, E2E Baggage Services and Border Control solutions. The main purpose of this role is to increase Sales team efficiency by centralizing Sales Admin and contract management activities in order to give support to the Sales & Account Management team AOP. Part of the contract management role is to manage the contract renewal and update process by managing the contract and customer Point sites and coordinating with legal, project controlling, account management, CSMs and the client to ensure that all agreements are up to date and compliant with Amadeus standards and meet the customer timelines. As Sales support, doing reports and good usage of tools is critical for sales activities.
