This involves daily goal setting and expectations for the sales team, as well as creating incentives for performance to motivate team members. Additionally, the manager will oversee the completion of daily reports by all team members to track progress and performance. In terms of team development, the Sales & Operations Manager will focus on hiring and developing both the sales and logistics teams across store locations. This includes approving time tracking and payroll through Gusto, as well as managing team lunch breaks to ensure a balanced work environment. The role also emphasizes the importance of client relationships, where the manager will oversee customer service operations, ensuring that chats and sales emails are promptly followed up. The management of the loyalty program and goodie box distribution will also fall under this role, requiring collaboration with stylists to ensure timely dispatch of these items. Logistics is another critical area of responsibility, where the Sales & Operations Manager will ensure that all orders are fulfilled within a 24-48 hour timeframe. This includes making sure that all products are ticketed and steamed before being placed on the sales floor. The manager will also be responsible for generating weekly sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Other responsibilities include managing interns who support sales and operations, ordering supplies for stores, and overseeing the overall operations of the business to ensure profitability and efficiency.
