About the position

The Sales Operations Program Manager at SelectQuote, Inc. plays a crucial role in developing and executing growth strategies and sales support tools to achieve profitability targets for the SelectQuote Life Division. This position involves strategy development, sales performance analysis, project planning, and coordination, contributing to various sales operations functional areas such as sales conversion optimization, customer retention, and agent training.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, analysis, and thought leadership for sales operation initiative development.
  • Develop, document, and prioritize sales initiative roadmaps.
  • Drive coordination, planning, and optimization of product offerings from concept to launch and measurement.
  • Identify revenue expansion and process improvement opportunities within key areas of focus.
  • Develop and maintain sales support tools and training materials for assigned products or projects.
  • Develop, document, and manage project plans for all key projects to ensure high-quality launches with optimal results.
  • Facilitate project planning meetings with project teams and external partners.
  • Identify, document, and resolve risks and issues impacting project timelines or business outcomes.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through quality assurance testing.
  • Prepare analyses, business requirements, user flows, and other project documentation.
  • Produce status reports, performance updates, and presentations for project teams and leadership updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, consulting, or similar disciplines required.
  • Experience in sales planning and analysis (ideally in a call center sales environment) required.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Expertise in sales conversion optimization, cross-sell, up-sell, and/or retention.
