This pivotal role involves coordinating and managing global projects while driving continuous development within the company. As a Sales Operations Project Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, enhancing our sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this position, you will be responsible for translating complex information into easily consumable insights, ensuring that projects meet program goals for time-to-market (TTM), customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency. You will negotiate scope, schedule, and resource commitments while acting as the central hub for the team. Your excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in this role. You will need exceptional organization, time management, and prioritization skills, along with a proven ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines. Taking initiative and diving into unfamiliar tasks to find the best solutions will be crucial for success. Additionally, you will be expected to build cross-functional relationships and foster a collaborative work environment, all while working effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex information into easily consumable insights.
  • Manage global projects and ensure they meet program goals for TTM, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in tech, sales-based project management, or operations-focused role.
  • Proven experience in program management, including successful management of complex projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce, Aha, and MS Project.
  • Experience in cross-functional go-to-market processes and/or sales enablement.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and program management methodologies.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of motivation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
