About the position

The Sales Operations Project Manager at ADS, Inc. is a key role within the Sales team, responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement. This position involves project planning, resource management, stakeholder communication, and risk management to ensure successful project execution aligned with the company's sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the customer base.
  • Creates project plans to support execution, schedules, budgets, and milestones, and assigns project roles and tasks.
  • Allocates available resources effectively to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Maintains regular communication, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
  • Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines and objectives.
  • Prepares comprehensive reports and documentation to track project performance and outcomes.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Excellent project management skills with strong analytical and business acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, and leadership.
  • Detail oriented, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-bound projects.
  • Strong leadership skills, with an understanding on how to motivate employees.
