About the position

Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG) is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Quota Analyst to join our dynamic Sales Operations team in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time position is integral to our Revenue Operations department, where the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing sales quotas, territory alignments, and ensuring forecasting accuracy. As a leader in facility maintenance services, DMG is committed to providing ‘Uninterrupted Peace of Mind’ to our clients, and this role is crucial in aligning our sales strategies with our business objectives. The Sales Operations Quota Analyst will develop and implement sales quota strategies that align with the overall sales and business goals. This includes creating a structured approach to solve ambiguous problems, managing and prioritizing features, and defining development tasks. The analyst will maintain accurate sales quotas for the sales organization and execute cross-functional projects that involve Sales, Operations, Support, and Marketing. Analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement is a key responsibility, as is collaborating with sales leaders to adjust quotas based on business objectives. In addition to quota management, the analyst will develop and maintain territory alignments that support sales and business goals, conduct regular sales forecasting and reporting, and provide insights and recommendations to sales leaders and management regarding performance, trends, and opportunities. Staying informed on industry and market trends will be essential for making informed quota and forecasting decisions. The role also includes building, managing, and mentoring a team of Quota Analysts, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Total Rewards to support overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales quota strategies that align with overall sales and business goals.
  • Create structure to solve ambiguous problems and manage and prioritize features.
  • Create and maintain accurate sales quotas for the sales organization.
  • Execute projects that cut across functions - Sales, Operations, Support, Marketing.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to sales leaders.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to understand business objectives and adjust quotas accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain territory alignments that support sales and business goals.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to sales leaders and management on performance, trends, and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends to inform quota and forecasting decisions.
  • Build, manage and mentor a team of Quota Analysts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Total Rewards, to support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quota management and sales operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
