About the position

The Sales Operations Specialist at OneDigital plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and integrity of sales and financial data related to growth initiatives. This position involves supporting the Regional VP of Growth by providing training, managing CRM systems, and ensuring data accuracy. The specialist will also assist in sales enablement, reporting, and project work, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional VP, Growth on initiatives to improve sales and financial data integrity.
• Provide CRM/system support and training for new hires and existing staff.
• Act as the point of contact for all CRM-related questions and assist with sales enablement tools.
• Review usage data and work with producers to ensure effective CRM utilization.
• Manage producer reporting, including scorecards and growth reporting management.
• Conduct daily audits to ensure revenue variance adherence and update delinquent opportunities.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and tackle data errors as needed.
• Verify commission accuracy and manage commission audit processes.
• Partner with marketing to drive producer adoption of new systems and tools.
• Support event promotion and ensure error-free marketing materials for events.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a broker agency or insurance sector in a marketing capacity is a plus.
• Experience in data management or related environments, handling large volumes of customer data.
• Proficient in Microsoft D365, Salesforce, and Applied Epic CRM systems.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with MiEdge and Dun & Bradstreet is preferred.
