About the position

The Sales Operations Specialist at OneDigital plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and integrity of sales and financial data related to growth initiatives. This position involves supporting the Regional VP, Growth by providing training, managing CRM systems, and ensuring accurate reporting and data management. The specialist will also assist in sales enablement, oversee commission audits, and collaborate with marketing to promote events, all while fostering a people-first culture that values diversity and authenticity.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Regional VP, Growth on initiatives to improve sales and financial data efficiency.
  • Provide CRM/system producer support and training for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
  • Act as the point of contact for all CRM-related questions and assist with sales enablement tools.
  • Review usage data and work with producers to ensure effective use of CRM systems.
  • Manage producer reporting, including scorecards and growth reporting management.
  • Conduct daily audits to ensure revenue variance adherence and update delinquent opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and tackle data errors as needed.
  • Manage the Sales Intake Form process to ensure accurate commission processing.
  • Verify commission documentation and track commission payments against agreements.
  • Partner with marketing to drive producer adoption of new systems and tools, and support event promotion.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience in a broker agency or insurance sector in a marketing capacity.
  • Experience in data management or related environments with large volumes of customer data.
  • Previous CRM experience in Microsoft D365, Salesforce, and Applied Epic.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with MiEdge and Dun & Bradstreet.
