The job entails a significant amount of reporting and analytics, accounting for 60% of the role. This includes extracting data from existing systems, transforming it into specified templates, and ensuring accuracy through meticulous attention to detail. The candidate must be comfortable with repetitive tasks that, while not complex, are crucial for the overall success of the sales initiatives. Additionally, 20% of the role focuses on process management and execution, where the specialist will drive the execution of processes related to key sales initiatives, ensuring high-quality results and timely completion. This includes tasks such as data extraction for weekly reporting, combining data for comprehensive reporting, and executing mail merges to customize data for distribution. The remaining 20% of the role involves providing administrative and ad-hoc support to marketing operations, sales operations, and IT team members, facilitating the completion of tasks that support the Edge and Catalyst marketing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Extract and transform data from existing systems into specified templates.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in reporting and analytics tasks.
  • Drive execution of processes related to key sales initiatives and tasks.
  • Complete data extraction for weekly reporting and combine data for additional reporting.
  • Execute mail merges to customize data in resulting templates.
  • Create and distribute files of results to appropriate team members.
  • Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to marketing operations and sales operations teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Strong background in CRM, specifically Salesforce.
  • Proficient in Excel with a solid understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to develop ideas, enable strategies, and informally influence others.
