Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to the sales team as the hub of operations.
• Manage the lead management and appointment scheduling process in coordination with Sales Managers.
• Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, operations, and other team members.
• Review and process projects including contracts, deposit verification, and change of work orders.
• Assist with sales support, project coordination, and documentation maintenance.
• Manage warehouse space and organization for the sales team.
• Maintain existing sales reports and design new reports as needed.
• Handle additional administrative projects as necessary.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities.
• Technical capacity to use data to drive sales processes.

Nice-to-haves
